Integrated systems for AdBlue® storage and dispensing
Our knowledge gained from the long experience in the oil & gas sector is now invested in the design and production of a variety of AdBlue® storage and dispensing equipment, know as Assytech BlueSystems.
AdBlue® dispensers
The Assytech dispensers for AdBlue® are available in a variety of models, customizable by logos and colours. They can easily be integrated into gas-oil dispensers (up to 130 l/min) or dispensers delivering new generation fuel-oil additives. The Assytech dispensers for AdBlue® come in W&M version, for service stations, or in version suitable for private fleets companies.
The Assytech BlueSystems are designed and manufactured to answer the needs of commercial companies (ShuttleSystem) as well as truck fleet companies (Heavy-duty System). Highest-quality materials are used, compatible with the chemical characteristics of AdBlue®.
Storage and dispensing systems
The Assytech tank containers for AdBlue® storage come in self-carrying
structure made of zinc-coated steel, housing made of pre-painted steel double-well insuled panels,
and floor made of almond-shaped insulated aluminium-plate.
Equipped with:
- storage tank made of high-density linear polyethylene or AISI304 stainless-steel
- delivery pump made of AISI304 stainless-steel
- safety solenoid valve
- climatization system
- tank level gauge

- power control board including safety and command devices
